DROWNING HAZARD
Infants have DROWNED in infant tubs.
NEVER leave infant unattended.
ALWAYS keep infant within adult's reach.
NEVER lift this product with an infant in it.
NEVER place this product in an adult bath tub
or sink filled with water.

ALWAYS keep the drain open in the adult
bath tub or sink.
Infants can drown in a very short time in as
little as 1 inch (2.5 cm) of water.
ALWAYS bathe your infant in as little water as
necessary.
NEVER allow other children to substitute for
adult supervision.
This product does not protect against drowning and is no
substitute for adult supervision.
To prevent scalding, drowning, or accidents, never leave baby
unattended in the tub.
WARNING
NEVER use on any elevated surface other
than properly installed in a sink.
