Using the setting key turn the adjusting
nut clockwise to increase the torque.
Turning anti-clockwise reduces the
torque.
Replace the cap (2).
Positioning the angle head.
Before commencing work remove the bat-
tery.
Push the cover (1) forward with the aid
of a screwdriver.
Undo both the front housing screws by
turning through approx. 2 full turns.
Adjust the position of the angle head by
turning. The angle head can be turned
through ± 180°.
Tighten the screws and push the
cover (1) over.
Meaning of LED display (4).
Green LED display (a) lights up:
The screwdriving procedure has been
properly carried out. The pre-set torque
has been reached.
The delay for turning on again is then only
active for 0.9 secs.
Red LED display (b) lights up and a singing
tone is heard:
The screwdriving procedure has not be
carried out properly. The pre-set torque
has not been reached. The screwdriving
procedure must be carried out once again.
The machine can be used immediately for
further screwdriving.
Red LED display (b) flashes (1/s):
The battery (9) has become dis-
charged (empty) and must be changed.
The power tool is blocked and not ready
for operation again until it has been
"dead" for approx. 20 secs.
12
Red LED display (b) flashes (2/s):
The power tool is overheated, the over-
heating protection has been activated.
Once the power tool has cooled down,
it will be ready to be used again.
If the overheating protection activates
several times at short intervals, have the
power tool overhauled by the customer
service.
Red and green LED displays flash:
The reverse rotation is switched on.
After the reverse rotation has been car-
ried out, or if the power tool is not used
for approx. 10 sec., it automatically
switches back to forward rotation.
Operating instructions
The machine is designed with a gentle
starting-up motion. This increases the life
of the motor and gears.
If the motor switches off after a proper
screwdriving procedure, it cannot be
switched on again until after 0.9 secs.
Tightening firmly seated screws uninten-
tionally is thereby avoided.
