Standard Flange

Mounting the standard flange
•
Push the standard flange onto the
mounting interface.
•
Fasten with 2 set screws M10, using a
threadlocker adhesive to secure them.
c
Make sure that the set screws
engage in the groove (1) on the moun-
ting interface.
c
If the standard flange is removed,
the screws must be secured again
(e.g. using a medium-strength liquid
threadlocker adhesive) when it is re-
installed!

•
Insert the centering rings (1) and fas-
ten the Rotary Compact Module (2) to
the standard flange with 2 screws (3).

Montage de la bride standard
•
Introduire la bride standard sur la
sortie d'arbre de la tige.
•
Visser les deux vis sans tête M10 et
les immobiliser.

Vérifier qu'elles pénètrent bien
dans la rainure (1) de la sortie d'arbre
de la tige.
c
Si la bride standard est dépo-
sée, resserrer les vis sans tête à leur
couple de serrage lors du remontage
et les immobiliser !
(Par exemple avec de la colle à vis de
capacité de collage moyenne.)

Positionner les anneaux de centrage
(1) et fixer l'unité de rotation (2) à
l'aide de 2 vis (3).

Montaggio flangia standard
•
Calzare la flangia standard sul codolo
della sede.
•
Serrare i 2 grani filettati M10 con
frenafiletti.
c
Badare che i grani filettati fac-
ciano presa nella cava (1) del codolo
della sede.
c
Se la flangia standard viene
allentata, dopo il montaggio i grani
filettati devono essere nuovamente
assicurati!
(Per esempio con frenafiletti a media
resistenza.)

Alloggiare in sede gli anelli di centrag-
gio (1) e serrare il modulo rotante (2)
nella flangia standard con 2 viti (3).
