Error
Remote control
Remote control does not
work.
Buttock shower / lady shower
Switching from rear shower
to lady shower takes longer
than usual.
Shower arm does not extend.
No water comes out of the
shower arm.
Please check
Are batteries inserted?
Are the batteries depleted?
Are the batteries inserted
correctly.
Remote control defective.
When pressing a function
button on the remote con-
trol there is no signal tone
from the shower WC.
Automatic recalibration and
cleaning takes place during
the transition.
The water inlet hose is
kinked at the WC (Fig. 19 -
page 60).
The water supply is inter-
rupted.
The water intake at the con-
nection valve is interrupted.

Troubleshooting
Insert batteries.
Replace the batteries.
Insert the batteries with the
correct polarity.
Please contact customer
service.
Link the remote control with
the shower toilet again.
Switch off the shower WC at
the ON/OFF switch. Then press
the stop button on the remote
control for approx. 5 seconds,
the LED starts flashing rapidly.
Switch the shower WC back on.
The remote control automat-
ically connects to the shower
WC, the LED stops flashing.
Normal function, no trouble-
shooting necessary.
Remove the kink in the water
hose.
Please contact customer
service.
Restore the water supply.
Open the water intake at the
connection valve.
