3. Set the engine switch to "OFF".
NOTE: To stop the generator in an emergency simply set the engine switch to
"OFF".
Notice: the generator was shipped from factory without oil. Before you start the
engine, make sure you add oil according to the instructions in this manual. If you
start the engine without oil, it will be damaged beyond repair and will not be covered
under warranty.

Filling with fuel

Unscrew the tank cap and remove it.
Pour in the fuel carefully. Avoid
spilling!
Screw the tank cap on firmly by hand.
Filling with engine oil
Unscrew the motor oil filling bolt and remove it.
Carefully pour in engine oil Avoid spilling!
Check the oil level. The oil level must between "H" and "L". If near the lower level,
fill to upper level.
Tighten the engine oil filling bolt again by hand.

MAINTENANCE AND STORAGE

Good maintenance is essential for safe, economical and trouble-free operation. It
will also help reduce air pollution.
The purpose of the maintenance and adjustment schedule is to keep the machine
in the best operating condition.
Turn off the engine before performing any maintenance. The exhaust contains
poisonous carbon monoxide gas. Please always select recommended accesso-
ries. The accessories which have not equivalent quality may damage the machine.
Please never use non approved components and never remove the safety devices.
