HF this is no longer necessary, as the
magnetic field generated is very weak,
even
to a very small fraction
of Gauss, given that the radiated
powers are negligible, but since, as we
said, the high frequencies penetrate
more easily
in the tissues, the small power
available easily reaches the cells
themselves, generating those
therapeutic effects that have now
been demonstrated for over forty
years of studies all over the world.
Furthermore, there is another effect
that many ignore
or neglect its importance:
the mixing of the two signals
(high frequency carrier of some Mhz
and low frequency modulation from a
few Hz up to
40 Khz) generates the so-called
"Harmonics", that is multiple
frequencies of the carrier (double,
triple, quadruple, etc.) which can
extend up to several hundred Mhz.
These harmonics therefore have the
ability to trigger Bioresonance
phenomena in the tissues, helping to
make the cells absorb the energy they
need to recharge and thus contributing
to the therapeutic action in a way and
with such an ef fi cacy that it is difficult
for the BFs alone. to do. These
harmonics are of very weak intensity,
detectable only with very sensitive
instruments, but fundamental for our
purposes.
As you can well guess, a high frequency
magnetotherapy is considerably more
complex and expensive to carry out
than a low frequency one, so these
devices are more difficult to find on the
market or even in specialized centers
and, usually, much more expensive
than those in low frequency.

BLUE AND INFRARED
In recent years, the action of specific
lights in skin rejuvenation and tissue
biostimulation has been studied
extensively
and in the treatment of dermal
pathologies such as acne, cutaneous
precancerous and non-melanoma skin
tumors as well as the treatment of painful
muscular states, neuralgia, myalgia,
atralgia, trophic disorders. The high
intensity BLUE light (420 + /
- 5nm) causes by means of a photo-
oxidation a lowering of the bilirubin in the
serum which is decomposed into non-toxic
water-soluble products easily eliminated
by the kidneys and with consequent
photorejuvenation activity; and again it
appears to be particularly effective for
acne therapy by causing a local photo-
exciting reaction with the production of
free radicals that destroy the bacteria in
the pilosebaceous follicles without
damaging the surrounding healthy cells.
There are no known side effects. The
INFRARED
is a treatment that is performed with an
electromagnetic radiation with a
wavelength above 780nm, generally using
IR frequencies with a wavelength of 780 -
1400nm (IRA) The infrared is transformed
into thermal energy on the upper layers of
the skin by absorption, only a small part is
re fl ected. Pulsed light is more effective
than continuous light as it produces
photons in much higher quantities.
Blue light for effective biostimulation on
moderate acne,
skin aging and to promote healing
Phototherapy uses a selective non-
coherent light produced by LEDs. In the
most advanced systems it uses
of a plasma light more powerful than the
previous ones and with luminous bands
capable of interacting with the
pathological tissues at several levels.
HOW IT WORKS
Light, in particular intense blue light with
infrared, has the ability to selectively
destroy tissues, previously treated with a
photosensitizing agent (ALA). Blue light
together with infrared has proved to be
very effective for the treatment of
moderate acne, skin aging and for
speeding up the reparative processes of
post-surgical wounds, peeling, surgical
lasers and in the treatment of skin
ulcers. It can also be performed without
activator (ALA), exploiting the ability of
infrared to improve tissue metabolism
and blue light to bind the acne
bacterium, responsible for
inflammatory phases of the disease,
reducing it consistently.
INDICATIONS
Acne - Photoaging even advanced with
the presence of skin precancerous
(actinic keratoses) - Scar outcomes -
Ulcers - Skin biostimulation to reduce
recovery times after laser treatments,
peeling, etc.
SIDE EFFECTS
For phototherapy with the use of a
photosensitizer, the cycles are
of 2 - 3 sessions at 2 - 4 weeks
away for acne, photoaging
and cancers other than melanoma.
In this case the times of
recovery is 2 - 3 days, with redness and
sometimes edema of the treated area.
Exposure to light is to be avoided for 48
hours. Phototherapy without activator
requires cycles of 10 sessions (2 per
week) and does not involve any type of
post-treatment problem.
