Tips on Use

The elastic bands at the bow of the SUP board can be used to attach smaller objects
(e. g. water bottle, shoes, small duff el bag, etc.). Do not overload!
Make sure that the SUP board is not carried with the large surface facing into the
wind as this can lead to the board being unexpectedly caught and blown like a sail.
Always carry with the narrowest surface into the wind.
To carry the SUP board into or out of the water, always use the handle in the middle
of the SUP board.
Always stand in the middle of the SUP board, even when climbing on or off .
The feet should be approximately shoulder-width apart and parallel. Bend knees
slightly, keep the back straight and pull shoulders back.
Hold the paddle with one hand on the handle and the other hand about 60 cm lower
around the handle.
Beginners should start in a sitting position to get a feel for the SUP board and pad-
dling.
Whether paddling is done sitting or standing, make sure that your back is always
straight.
The logo on the paddle marks the front side – make sure that this side always faces
forward when paddling.
To steer to the left, use the paddle on the right side of the SUP board; to steer to the
right, use the paddle on the left side of the SUP board.
Steering and stopping with the paddle and getting on the SUP board in deep water
takes practice. Always practice fi rst in very calm, shallow water before attempting to
do it in deep water with more traffi c or light waves.
Do not set, place or lay on the SUP board if the bottom side is sitting on the ground.
It can damage the fi ns and fi n boxes.
If the SUP board is sitting for a longer period of time in the sun, check the air pressure
again before using. Long periods of sun exposure can cause the pressure to drop!

Let out the air

PLEASE NOTE!
Do not breath in the air escaping from the SUP board.
1. Remove the fi ns and the leash from the SUP board.
2. Lay the SUP board with the underside fl at on smooth ground free of sharp or pointed
objects.
3. Open the protective cap, push the valve pin down slightly and turn just until stays in
the depressed position (Picture E). That allows the air to escape.
4. Press all of the air out of the SUP board.
