Attach the two axle brackets (part no. 15) by placing
each of the axle bracket metal plates (part no. 11)
in the plastic tray (part no. 18), putting 2 M6x35 screws
(part no. 9) in the square aperture and screwing tight
the axle bracket with the washer (part no. 13) and the
nut (part no. 20) from the outside.
Push the axle (part no. 2) through the aperture in the
lower tow bar part (part no. 3).
Then attach the front and rear tow bar brackets
(part no. 16) by placing each of the tow bar bracket
metal plates (part no. 12) in the plastic tray (part no.
18), putting 2 M6x25 screws (part no. 8) in the square
aperture and screwing tight the tow bar bracket with
the washer (part no. 13) and nut (part no. 20) from the
outside.
Place the two deflectors (part no. 1) on the lower tow
bar part. Put the two M6x70 screws (part no. 7) through
the deflector and the lower tow bar part and screw
these tight with the washer (part no. 13) and the nut
(part no. 20).
Put a wheel bush (part no. 21) on both the insides and
outsides of both wheels (part no. 5) and press them in
firmly.
Then push both wheels on to the axle and screw the
two socket head screws (part no. 10) with the washer
(part no. 22) on to each end of the axle.
Please make sure that the self-locking screw is securely
tightened. Check regularly that the self-locking screw is
properly seated. Then put both the end caps on.
