o Before plugging into a socket, it shall be ensured
that the mains voltage matches the voltage specified
on the rating plate of the appliance.
o The appliance shall not be operated with a damaged
cord or plug, or after the appliance malfunctions, or
has been damaged in any manner. It shall be re-
turned to the nearest authorized service facility for
examination, repair or adjustment.
o The appliance shall always be unplugged when not
in use or when left unattended, and before disas-
sembling or cleaning. It must be unpluged by grasp-
ing the plug and never by pulling the cord.
o This appliance is not intended to be used with an ex-
ternal timer or a separate remote control system.
o After the air conditioner is installed, it shall be en-
sured that the power plug is firmly plugged into the
power outlet, and the power cord orderly placed, to
prevent someone from tripping or pulling out the
plug.
o No object or obstacle shall ever come into or block
the air inlet and outlet of the air conditioner. Cooling
performance may be reduced or stopped comple-
tely.
