Product Warranty

Without prejudice to the following provisions, Wamblee warrants that this
product is free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 2

years from the date of purchase.
WamBlee will not be responsible for the warranty:
• in the event of defects resulting from normal wear and tear,
intentional damage, negligence, abnormal working conditions and
non-compliance with Wamblee instructions (oral and written),
including improper assembly and / or use of batteries not
recommended and / or provided by Wamblee, misuse or alteration
or repair of the product by persons who are not from Wamblee or
who are not part of an authorized service center;
• for parts, materials or equipment not manufactured by Wamblee
because the purchaser will not benefit from any warranty that it is
provided by the manufacturer of Wamblee;
• for the lifetime of the batteries, which are expressly excluded
from this warranty;
• if the total price of the product has not been paid.
THE EXTENDED LIMITED WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL

WamBlee will not be liable for indirect, special, incidental or consequential
damages of any nature or cause. Wamblee In no event shall be liable for
any guarantee or other credit breach for an amount greater than the
purchase price of radioboa. This warranty does not affect the legal rights of
consumers.
To be valid, the claims must be reported in writing under the warranty, as
soon as it reveals the defect or failure of the device, still within the
warranty period specified above. Proof of purchase will be required. The
claim must be sent with the product in question to the address below or to
an authorized reseller.
Following a valid warranty claim, Wamblee will repair or replace the
product (or part thereof), free of charge, or refund the price of the product
to the purchaser (or a prorated portion of the price) at its discretion. The
