Extraordinary operations

7.1 Programming the boa radio
The W880 boom radio is provided as programmed:
• Transmission of messages: every 30 minutes
• Flashing activation: automatic day / night
• Flashing: one every 7 seconds.
the W880 boom radio can be programmed differently (transmission time,
mode and flash frequency) using a special optical interface.
This is done at our head office or in authorized centers; For special needs,
please contact your dealer.
7.2 Replacing the float
In case of breakage and / or damage to the float, proceed as follows:
• Apply to arts guards for the possible use of cutting equipment.
• Remove the damaged float even using cutting tools.
• Clean the counterweight tube with a cloth.
• Reinsert the new deflator float using a tube of smaller diameter
than the counterweight tube if necessary.
• Use lubricants that facilitate the sliding of the rubber on the
counterweight tube.
Push the float to the top of the counterweight.

• Inflate, if necessary, the float.
• Close the safety valve.
