Technical intervention

All technical interventions can be performed by an authorized dealer or WamBlee.

If the W880 needs to be returned, use the original packaging as much as possible.
8.1
Battery replacement
The battery inside the radio buoy is of the NiMh type, and is able to work correctly for
at least 300 charge / discharge cycles. At the end of these cycles, the battery will
have a residual capacity of about 80%, and eventually its replacement may be
considered.
The replacement operation must be carried out at a service center authorized by
Wamblee. Remove the antenna stylus from the radio buoy using a special wrench, by
unscrewing the stylus just above the damping spring. Heat the antenna base (where
the wrench is used) to facilitate the detachment of the chemical self-locking

Transportation
If you need to transport the radio on a conveyor, prepare the equipment as follows:
Prepare a cardboard container that can accommodate the entire boa
radio, or;
Remove the antenna stylus from the radio buoy using a special wrench,
by unscrewing the stylus just above the damping spring. Heat the
antenna base (where the wrench is used) to facilitate the detachment of
the chemical self-locking
Pack both components in a cardboard box.
The batteries contained in the boa radio are of the NiMh (non-lithium)
type
