Connection:
a) Read the WHOLE installation and user manual.
b) Switch off all power.
c) Power from the mains is supplied via the terminals labelled: L1, N.
d) Channel 1: The load is connected via the terminals
labelled: 1, N.
e) Channel 2: The load is connected via the terminals
labelled: 2, N.
f) The manual switch can be connected between the terminals
labelled: L1, .
g) Power up without PIR activity.
The build in intelligence uses the fi rst 7 minutes as power
up period and for correct light adjustment.
The lighting on channel 2 and the integrated indicator
(LED) will be switched on for 4 minutes, after which the
lightning on channel 1 will be switched on.
Both channels are switched off after 7 minutes.
Connect ground to terminal
The Sensor PIR 360º can tolerate a fi lament lamp of up to
2300W. See also the section on technical data.
Connection diagram, Fig. 6:
Connection of manual switch for blocking/activating.
PS: The Supply voltage
(L1)
supplied by the same phase.
Channel 2
(L2)
is a dry contact.
Assembling the sensor, Fig. 4:
a) Press the sensor part up into the terminal array in the base,
and fi t the locking screw Pozidriv (PZ) 0 / Phillips (PH) 1.
b) Set the Sensor PIR 360º and test it as described in Fig. 7.
c) The coverage area is reduced as described in Fig. 2.
d) Mount the Sensor cover.
Setting/testing
The Sensor PIR 360º is supplied with two test mode functions.
One for a LUX test and one for a PIR test.
a)
LUX TEST mode, measurement of daylight level.
Set the DIP1 and DIP2 switches to "on".
In this position, channel 1 will be switched off; turn the LUX
setting slowly from min. towards max. until the integrated
indicator (LED) is switched on. At this point the LUX setting
is identical to the daylight level measured by the sensor.
If the daylight level in the room is suffi cient, turn the LUX
setting towards minimum until the LED is switched off, and
leave the LUX setting at this level.
If the LUX setting is turned towards min., the lighting is
switched off at a lower daylight level.
If the LUX setting is turned towards max., the lighting is
switched off at a higher daylight level.
Finish by turning the DIP1 and DIP2 switches to "off".
b) PIR TEST mode, PIR walk test.
Set the DIP1 "off" and DIP2 switches to "on".
At this setting, the lighting will be switched on for 5 seconds
as a result of PIR activation, and at the same time the
integrated indicator (LED) will indicate that PIR is activated.
PS: In this test, the daylight blocking will not be working.
Finish by turning the DIP1 and DIP2 switches to "off".

and the manual switch must be
c)
LED indication ON, Indication of PIR activation.
Turn the DIP1 switch to "on". It is recommended that you set
this at "off" if you do not want to indicate monitoring.
d) PIR sensitivity setting
Switches DIP3 and DIP4 enable you to customise the
sensor's sensitivity. The product is set to high sensitivity at
the factory. It might therefore be necessary to change this in
certain circumstances. The options are described in fi g. 7
e)
Cut-out delay for movement.
The cut-out delay for movement can be varied from 1-30 mins.
This adjustment is made on the potentiometer labelled TIME.
Typical time setting, 15 min.
The PIR Sensor is preset in the factory:
LED is switched off
