time without reducing its service life. Interrupting the
charging procedure does not damage the battery pack.
The lithium-ion battery is protected against deep
discharge by the Electronic Cell Protection (ECP). A
protective circuit switches the laser level off when the
battery is drained.
• Following the automatic shut off of the tool, do not
continue to press the On/Off button. The battery
can be damaged.
To insert the charged battery pack 24, slide it into the
battery port 27 until you feel it lock into position. Do
not use force.
To remove the battery pack 24, press the unlocking
buttons 25 and pull the battery pack out of the battery
port 27. Do not use force.
