GENERAL RULES FOR WORK
For all kinds of operations it is absolutely
forbidden to use a naked flame.
• Use only ORIGINAL SPARE PARTS.
• Be sure to use the recommended lubricants.
• Where necessary, use the special tools designed for this
engine.
• Always fit new gaskets.
• When tightening screws and nuts, always begin with the
ones with the biggest diameter or the inside ones, pro-
ceeding diagonally with each step.
• Clean the dismantled components carefully, using deter-
gent with a low flammability index.
• Before putting the parts back in position, lubrifcate them
(when possible of course).
• Check that each component has been correctly mounted.

ALLGEMEINE ARBEITSRICHTLINIEN
Für jedwelche Art von Arbeiten ist die Benützung
von offener Flamme verboten.
• Benützen Sie ausschließlich Originalteile von Motori
Minarelli.
• Verwenden Sie ausschließlich empfohlene Schmiermittel.
• Verwenden Sie, soweit vorgesehen, die speziell dafür kon-
struierten Werkzeuge.
• Montieren Sie immer neue Ausrüstungen.
• Beim Befestigen von Schrauben und Muttern beginnen Sie
mit denen des größten Durchmessers oder mit denen im
Inneren und fahren Sie mit den nächstfolgenden Größen
fort.
• Säubern Sie sorgfältigst zerlegte Teile mit den hier ange-
führten nicht entflammbaren Reinigungsmitteln.
• Fetten Sie die Teile vor dem Zusammenbau (soweit mög-
lich) ein.
• Kontrollieren Sie alle Teile im montierten Zustand auf ihren
genauen Sitz.
