TARATURA DEL DISPOSITIVO LIMITATORE DI CARICO
•
Il limitatore di carico, del paranco a catena DMK4, è
stato opportunamente registrato e tarato dalla Donati
Sollevamenti S.r.l. in considerazione della portata
prevista per il paranco. A seguito del collaudo la vite
micrometrica -1-, di regolazione dei valori di taratura, è
stata bloccata con il grano 2-2, e sottoposta a sigillatura
antimanomissione.
•
Il limitatore di carico, è un componente al quale è
affidata la funzione di sicurezza di evitare i sovraccarichi
ed i valori di taratura, NON DEVONO essere alterati.
Ove si rendesse necessaria una nuova taratura, tale
operazione DEVE ESSERE condotta dal servizio tecnico della
società Donati Sollevamenti S.r.l. ovvero da personale dalla
stessa formato ed allo scopo autorizzato.
• È OBBLIGATORIO collegare il limitatore di carico al
quadro di comando secondo le indicazioni contenute nei
relativi schemi elettrici.
• È VIETATO manomettere il limitatore di carico o
modificare le tarature.
• IL EST OBLIGATOIRE de relier le limiteur de charge au
tableau de commandes en suivant les indications
contenues dans les schémas électriques relatifs.
• IL EST INTERDIT d'altérer le limiteur de charge ou de
modifier les tarages.
TARAGE DU DISPOSITIF LIMITEUR DE CHARGE
•
Le limiteur de charge, du palan à chaîne DMK4, a été
opportunément enregistré et taré par la Donati
Sollevamenti S.r.l. qui a tenu en considération la portée
prévue pour le palan. Après l'essai, la vis micrométrique
-1-, de réglage des valeurs de tarage, a été bloquée
avec le grain -2- et soumise à scellage anti-altération.
•
Le limiteur de charge, est un composant de sécurité
dont la fonction est d'éviter les surcharges et ses valeurs
de tarage, NE DOIVENT PAS être altérées.
Si un nouveau tarage est nécessaire, cette opération DOIT
ETRE effectuée par le service technique de la société Donati
Sollevamenti S.r.l. ou bien par du personnel formé et autorisé
par la dite société.
CALIBRATION OF THE OVERLOAD DEVICE
•
The overload device of chain hoist DMK4, has been duly
registered and calibrated by Donati Sollevamenti S.r.l.
considering the lifting capacity of the hoist.
•
Following the test run, the micrometric adjusting screw
for the calibration -1-, is blocked with the grub screw -2-
and subjected to tamperproof sealing. The overload
device is a component with the safety function of
preventing overload and the calibrations MUST NOT be
changed.
Where a new calibration is necessary, such an operation
MUST BE performed by the technical service of Donati
Sollevamenti S.r.l. or by staff trained and authorized by the
company.
• The overload device MUST be connected to the control
board according to the instructions detailed in the
related electrical circuit diagrams.
• The overload device MUST NOT be tampered with and
the calibration MUST NOT be modified.
• Die Ueberlastsicherung MUß an die Steuer-Elektrik
gemäß der Angaben in den entsprechenden
Schaltplänen angeschlossen werden.
• Es ist verboten, die Überlastsicherung zu umgehen oder
die Eich-Werte zu ändern.
EICHUNG DER UEBERLASTSICHERUNG
•
Die Ueberlastsicherung des Kettenzuges DMK4 ist von
Donati Sollevamenti S.r.l. eingerichtet und geeicht
worden auf die für den Zug vorgesehene Traglast. Im
Rahmen der Werks-Endkontrolle ist die Mikrometer-
Schraube -1- zur Einstellung der Eich-Werte mit der
Stellschraube -2- blockiert worden und mit einer
Versiegelung gegen versehentliches Lösen fixiert
worden.
•
Die Ueberlastsicherung übernimmt die Wichtige
Sicherheitsfunktion, Überlasten zu verhindern. Die
voreingestellten Eich-Werte DUERFEN NICHT geändert
werden.
Falls eine neue Eichung notwendig sein sollte, MUß DIESE
vom Servicefachleuten der Donati Sollevamenti S.r.l. oder von
durch Donati Sollevamenti S.r.l. hierzu autorisiertem und
ausgebildetem Service-Personal durchgeführt werden.
