Riavvicinare il ceppo alla ghiera facendo corrispondere i
relativi fori.

Ricollocare le tre viti nella sede originale sulla ghiera
riavvitandole sul ceppo.
H10 Rimontare la griglia (aeratore) avvitando completamente
le quattro viti.
Ad operazione ultimata controllare che la registrazione del
freno, con recupero del gioco, sia stata eseguita
correttamente, verificando (prima a vuoto e successivamente
con carico nominale) che:
•
La rotazione del motore sia libera, esente da rumorosità
anomale, sfregamenti del freno o surriscaldamento del
coperchio freno.
•
Il freno intervenga silenziosamente senza evidenziare
slittamenti.

Rapprocher la mâchoire du collier en respectant la
correspondance des trous.

Replacez les trois vis dans leurs emplacements
originaux sur le collier et revissez-les sur la mâchoire du
frein.
H10 Remontez la grille (aérateur) et vissez à fond les quatre
vis.
Une fois l'opération finie, contrôlez que le rattrapage du jeu du
frein a été correctement effectué en vérifiant (d'abord à vide
ensuite avec une charge nominale) que:
•
La rotation du moteur soit libre, sans bruit anormal,
frottement du frein ou surchauffe du couvercle du frein.
•
Le frein intervienne silencieusement sans dérapage.

Bring the block to the ring again and match up the
relative holes.

Put back the three screws in the original place on the
ring screwing them up again on the block.
H10 Put back the protection grill by screwing up completely
the four screws.
At the end of the operation check that the setting of the brake,
with recovery of the clearance, has been done correctly,
checking (first empty and then with a nominal load) that:
•
The rotation of the motor is free, without anomalous
noises, chafing of the brake or overheating of the brake
cover.
•
The brake intervenes silently and the load is braked
without showing slipping.

Den Zentrierring wieder anbringen, dabei die
Gewindebohrungen passend positionieren.
H9
Die drei Schrauben und den Zentrierring erneut
anziehen.
H10 Die Belüftungsabdichtung erneut mittels der vier
Befestigungsschrauben befestigen.
Überprüfen, ob das Spiel korrekt ausgeglichen wurde. Dazu
kontrollieren (zuerst ohne, dann mit Nominalgewicht), daß:
•
Der Motor frei dreht ohne ungewoehnliche Geraeusche,
Schleifen der Bremse oder Überhitzung des
Bremsgehaeuses.
•
Die Bremse leise greift, ohne zu rutschen.
