Instruction manual for Oehlbach XXL Powerstation 909

IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS:
This manual contains important information concerning operation and safety. It is imperative you
observe all of the information. Keep the manual in a safe place for future reference.
According to DIN VDE 0620 portable multiple socket outlets
should not be
· connected in a row,
· operated under a cover,
· used as a substitute for fixed installations
The Powerstation should only be connected to a mains socket
which has the required connection values.
The Powerstation should not be used if there is any liquid in
or on the device.
The Powerstation should not be used in areas where there is a
very high degree of humidity.
Do not touch or connect the mains cable with damp hands.
Keep the Powerstation and mains cable away from heating
appliances.
The device should no longer be operated if there is visible
damage to the Powerstation or mains cable.
A damaged Powerstation should not be repaired, but replaced.
No heavy objects should be placed on the Powerstation or the
mains cable.
The mains plug should be easily accessible at all times.
If the devices that are connected to the Powerstation are not
going to be used for a pronged period (e.g. while on holiday),
the Powerstation should be disconnected from the mains by
removing the plug.
Do not use any cleaning agents or chemical solvents when
cleaning, as these could damage the surface.
Repairs should always be conducted by qualified specialists,
as you could be exposed to dangerous high voltage levels or
other hazards.
During a thunderstorm we always recommend disconnecting
the Powerstation from the mains.
