WARNING

Service by unqualified personnel may lead to electric
shock or burn.
Symptom
Light bulb not working.
Unit too hot.
No heat, but light works.
Unit not hot enough.
Unit not working at all.

assistance. To locate the nearest Service agency, log onto the
Hatco website at www.hatcocorp.com and click on
Find Service Agent, or contact the Hatco Parts and Service

Probable Cause
Light bulb defective.
Unit not turned on.
Temperature Control set too high.
Unit connected to incorrect power supply.
Temperature Control is defective.
Temperature Control set too low.
Heating element(s) not working.
Temperature Control is defective.
Unit not allowed enough time to preheat.
Temperature Control set too low.
Door(s) not closed completely.
air circulating fan not working properly.
Heating element(s) not working.
Temperature Control is defective.
Unit not plugged in.
Unit not turned on.
Circuit breaker tripped.
Power I/O (on/off) switch defective.

TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE

ELECTRIC SHOCK HAzARD: Turn OFF power switch,
unplug power cord, and allow unit to cool before
performing any cleaning, adjustments, or maintenance.
Replace
MaINTENaNCE section.
Move Power I/O (on/off) switch to the I (on)
position.
adjust the Temperature Control to a lower
setting.
Verify with qualified personnel that power
supply matches unit specification.
Contact an authorized Hatco Service agent or
Hatco for assistance.
adjust Temperature Control to a higher
setting.
Contact an authorized Hatco Service agent or
Hatco for assistance.
Contact an authorized Hatco Service agent or
Hatco for assistance.
allow unit 30 minutes to reach operating
temperature.
adjust the Temperature Control to a higher
setting.
Make sure all doors are closed completely.
Contact an authorized Hatco Service agent or
Hatco for assistance.
Contact an authorized Hatco Service agent or

Plug unit into proper power supply.
Move Power I/O (on/off) switch to the I (on)
