Causes and solution for problems
Problem

an orange flame; the front
glass gradually turns black
and the burner pot fills
with pellets.
The fire goes out and the
heater turns off.
Possible cause
Insufficient air for
combustion.
The hopper is empty.
Pellets cannot be added.
Suggested solution
The burner pot must be
firmly seated in its holder.
Check the seat.
Remove ash and cinders to
ensure proper ventilation.
Replace your previous
pellets with higher quality
pellets.
Check the air intake duct
and the smoke outlet.
Make sure they are empty
and clean.
Check if the chimney is
closed.
Check the ease of
movement of the door.
Check if the smoke fan is
working properly.
Fill the hopper.
