Important Installation Instructions
The heater must be installed on a heat-resistant, solid and horizontal
surface.
The minimum diameter of the exhaust pipe is 80 mm. The pipe should
be made of metal or other heat-resistant materials that can withstand
temperatures in excess of 220 °C. The flue gas pipe should be installed on a
solid, horizontal surface with a minimum diameter of 80 mm.
The connection of the exhaust pipe must be sealed to protect the system
so that the heater can operate on the basis of the differential pressure in
the heater and the draught in the chimney.
Horizontal pipes should be inclined upwards at an angle of approximately
3-5° and vertical pipes should be at a height of ≥3 m to provide adequate
differential pressure. The total length of the pipes should be less than 8m.
The exhaust pipe may only be used for this heater, do not connect any
other equipment to it.
Exhaust pipes must only be made of heat-resistant and non-combustible
materials such as silicone or mineral fibre materials.
The pipe outlet must not be placed in a closed or semi-closed area such
as carport, garage, attic, low area and narrow corridor, etc. as these areas
may collect exhaust fumes.
The pipe outlet must be at least 10 m from flammable objects.
The installation of small diameter pipes is prohibited.
Note: The heater must be properly connected to the exhaust pipe by an
installer. The installation of the heater must comply with local regulations
and rules.
