− Turn handle for manual setting to the left until stop.
Arrow of the handle is in the blue zone.
− Introduce screw together with the serrated lock
washer and tighten with a torque of >5Nm.
− Set operating switch to automatic operation.

5.5 Installation instructions for the connection to
a three-way mixing valve "Regumat M3"
DN40/50
Model 230V – 15Nm
− Mount antirotation device (1) onto the valve body as
illustrated.
− Push adapter (2) onto the spindle of the mixing valve
(3) until stop. Ensure flat surfaces on spindle and
adapter are aligned
− Set spindle of the mixing valve in such a way that
the long ridge of the adapter is at three o'clock
position. In this position, the right hand side
connection is closed by the spindle of the mixing
valve.
− Place actuator (3) onto the spindle of the mixing
valve with the adapter and antirotation device.
− Slip rotation indicator (5) onto the shaft of the mixing
valve with the arrow being in the red zone (left hand
limit stop).
− Introduce screw (4) together with the serrated lock
washer and tighten with a torque of >5Nm.
Installation in intermediate position:
Factory setting misaligned – actuator has not yet
reached limit stop.
− Mount antirotation device (1) onto the valve body as
illustrated.
− Push adapter (2) onto the spindle of the mixing valve
until stop. Ensure flat surfaces on spindle and
adapter are aligned

− Set spindle of the mixing valve in such a way that

− Set operating switch to manual operation.
− Place rotation indicator (5) onto the actuator (4) with
the red field pointing downwards.
− Slip handle for manual setting (7) onto the shaft of
the mixing valve.
– Turn handle for manual setting anticlockwise until
stop. Arrow of the handle is in the red zone.
− Place actuator onto the shaft of the mixing valve.
− Introduce screw (4) together with the serrated lock
washer and tighten with a torque of >5Nm.
− Set operating switch to automatic operation.
