Maintenance

General
• all hinge points are self-lubricating and therefore do not require any maintenance.
• under extreme circumstances (aggressive environment) we advise to lubricate all
hinge points every half year again (or whenever necessary).
Daily
• remove dirt and obstacles, which may affect the functioning of the door.
Weekly
• check the door regarding damage
• check the door regarding its functioning
Monthly
• check the functioning of the vacuum brake (this must 'click' in a clearly audible way
when opening and closing the door)
Yearly
• the door must be checked once a year by a professional mechanic with regard to its
functioning and condition of the construction. A maintenance contract can be conclu-
ded for this purpose.
Door plate cleaning
• the door plate is made of synthetic material. Do not use any caustic substances, but
water, neutral soap or a special door plate cleaner.
NB!
• all other forms of maintenance must be carried out by professionals.
