ROUTINE CONTROL AND MAINTENANCE OPERATIONS AND SAFETY CHECKS
1) The machine must be inspected by a specialist technician who checks its safety or for any damage or
defects in the following cases:
● before it is put into operation
● after modifi cations or repairs
● at regular intervals, as indicated in the «Routine maintenance and checks" table.
2) Every six months check that the safety devices are in good working conditions; the inspection must be
made by authorized specialist staff.
To ensure that the safety devices are properly operating , the machine must be overhauled by specialist
staff or skilled workshop every 5 years.
3) The person in responsable of the machine must make an annual check of its condition. During this
checking, he must decide whether the machine still complies with the technical safety regulations. After
checking it has to apply on the machine a label of checking made.

OPERACIONES PERIÓDICAS DE MANTENIMIENTO Y CONTROLES DE SEGURIDAD
1) La máquina debe ser revisada por un técnico especializado que compruebe las condiciones de seguridad
de la misma o si presenta daños o defectos en los siguientes casos:
● antes de la puesta en marcha;
● después de modifi caciones o reparaciones;
● según la periodicidad indicada en la tabla "Operaciones periódicas de mantenimiento y comprobación".
2) Cada seis meses comprobar la efectividad de los dispositivos de seguridad.(frenos, protección fi jas y
movibles, válvula de retención, ecc.)
Para asegurar la efectividad de los dispositivos de seguridad, cada 5 años la máquina deberá ser revisada
por personal autorizado.
3) Todos los años el encargado del funcionamiento de la máquina debe hacer una revisión general. En esta
revisión debe comprobar si la máquina sigue cumpliendo con las disposiciones de seguridad técnica
indicadas. Una vez realizada dicha revisión, deberá colocar en la máquina una etiqueta indicando que
ha sido comprobada.
