These instructions describe how to install
a 3100 Series pushbutton access control,
in standard, electric release, and mechanical
key override models. For retrofit installations of
the 3100 Series electric release kit, see your 3100

Warranty
This KABA ILCO CORP. product is warranted to be
free from defects in material and workmanship
under normal use and service for a period of one
(1) year from date of purchase. However, this
warranty does not cover problems arising out of
improper installation or use. Our only liability,
whether in tort or in contract, under this warranty
is to repair or replace products which are
returned to the KABA ILCO CORP. factory,
shipping charges prepaid, to the address shown
within the one (1) year period.
Our warranty shall only apply if the item returned
is analyzed by KABA ILCO CORP. factory person-
nel and found to be defective. This warranty is in
lieu of and not in addition to any other warranty
or condition, express or implied, including with-
out limitation merchantability, fitness for purpose,
or absence of latent defects.

Garantía
KABA ILCO CORP. garantiza que este producto
está libre de defectos de material y de fabri-
cación en condiciones de uso y servicio normales
durante un periodo de tiempo de un (1) año a
partir de la fecha de compra. No obstante, esta
garantía no cubre los problemas resultantes de
una incorrecta instalación o de un uso inapropia-
do del producto. Nuestra única responsabilidad,
contractual o extracontractual, bajo esta garan-
tía, es la reparación o el canje de los productos
que sean devueltos a la fábrica de KABA ILCO
CORP. a portes pagados, en la dirección
indicada, dentro del citado periodo de garantía
de un (1) año.
Nuestra garantía sólo será válida si la fábrica de
KABA ILCO CORP. tras analizar el producto
devuelto, encuentra que éste es, en efecto,
defectuoso.
Esta garantía sustituye, no se añade, a cualquier
otra garantía o condición, expresa o implícita,
incluidas, a título enunciativo, las relativas a
comerciabilidad, adecuación a sus fines o
ausencia de defectos ocultos.
