The electrical panel of the external unit is located at the front of the module, behind the frontal panel.
The power cable can be connected to the terminal indicated in the fi gure on the previous page, through the use of a grommet. In case the hole
present on the unit is not suffi ciently large, it is possible to adapt the size.
Make sure that the fastening of the electrical connections between the internal and external units are properly locked by a cable clamp, which
can easily be found on the market, in order to ensure that no contact occurs between the cables and the hot piping. This block must also ensure
a good tensile strength.
Electrical connections of the internal unit
Before any operation on the system, turn off the main power.
Observe the phase and neutral connections.
To access the control panel of the internal unit, proceed as follows:
Remove the 2 screws indicated in fi gure (A) and remove the cover of
the electrical panel (B)
Opening of the internal unit you will fi nd the following connections:
RS 485 - Communication with the external unit . Respect polarizations .
The indication «1» refers to the connection on the terminal
«1» on the heat pump , «2» refers to the connection «2» on
the heat pump .
ANODE - Protech anode connection of the storage tank ( ARIANEXT FLEX )
Observe the polarity
TA1
- Connection of the room thermostat contact on the zone 1.
TA2
- Connection of the room thermostat contact on zone 2.
SE
- Connection of the external temperature sensor.
TNK
- Connection of the DHW sensor (ARIANEXT FLEX).
BUS
- Connection of the Expert Control.
EDF
- Connection of 230 V signal to switch on HP / HC .
DLST - Connection of 230 V signal on a switch delestage .
AFR
- Connection auxiliary pump or alarm.
ST1
- Connection of fl oor safety thermostat (230 V)
(shunt connection .
PM AUX- Connection of auxiliary pump (230)
V1
- connection for sanitary diverter valve (230V)
L
- Connection of the power phase (230 V) of the internal unit
N
- Connection of the neutral point (230 V) of the internal unit
- Earth connection of the internal unit
The size and length of the cables must be sized according to the
74
power indicated on the data plate of the internal unit.
Ensure that the power cables are properly tightened in order to avoid
overheating.
In case of an installation of an ARIANEXT FSP 2 Zone with two under-
fl oor systems, the safety thermostat of the heating zone 1 should
be connected to the terminal at the positions indicated by ST1. The
thermostat of the heating zone 2 should instead be connected to the
connector ST2 on Zone manager pcb (refer to the wiring diagram of
the system
