1 Description
1.1 Intended use
The Ottobock 1D10 Dynamic prosthetic foot is to be used exclusively for
lower limb prosthetic fittings.
1.2 Field of application
Field of application according to the Ottobock MOBIS Mobility System:
Size 22 – 30
Recommended for amputees with mobility levels 1 and 2
(indoor walkers and restricted outdoor walkers).
Permitted for patients weighing up to 150 kg (330 lbs).
Note: The Ottobock MOBIS Mobility System is NOT intended to
be used in the USA as a guide to obtaining reimbursement for
prosthetic components.
2 Safety instructions
Attention!
Improper use or use that does not correspond to the intended use may
result in wear of the components of the prosthetic foot. To avoid risk to the
patient, the foot must not be used after a malfunction has taken place. A
noticeable malfunction may include decreased forefoot resistance.
Measure
Have the prosthetic foot examined at a qualified prosthetic facility where
it may be replaced or repaired depend on applicable warranty terms.
Avoid exposing prosthetic components to elements that can:
• cause corrosion on metal parts (such as freshwater, salt water and
acids) or
