Using a container, place it in front of the
glass sensor and below the ice spout. See
that ice is dispensed (the bin drive motor
continues to run for a maximum time of 5
seconds - factory default time)

Push the second push button and do what
stated on item 6. Both water and ice should
be dispensed

Push the third button and do it again. For 5
seconds the machine will discharge just
water (not chilled).

Push the fourth button. With the container in
front of the glass sensor ice will be dispensed
till the container will be left in place
NOTE. Pushing one of the first three buttons together
with the fourth one, the machine will continue to
discharge ice-ice & water-water till the container is
removed. Unless the fourth button is pushed again,
next dispensing will take 5 seconds (factory default
time).

Pour water into the sink and check that the
drain does not leak but drains the water
rapidly.

Give the owner/user the manual, instruct
him/her in the operation of the unit, and make
sure they know who to call for service.

Push and hold for 5 seconds the desired switch:
 1 for ICE
 2 for ICE + WATER
 3 for WATER

NOTE. In case of any malfunction of the TC 180 the
four LEDs start to blink. Unplug and re-plug again the
machine. If problem persists call a service technician.
SANITISING AND CLEANING
Daily Maintenance: Pour warm water into the sink to
flush out any debris or build up. Wipe the cabinet off,
wash the sink and grill to keep minerals from
accumulation.
Caution
Unless the unit is off, ice and/or water may be
dispensed during cleaning.
To perform the cleaning without the dispensing of ice
and/or water the machine must be switched off at
power line main switch.
Once completed the cleaning operations put again
the master switch in ON position.
The unit will start up after the three minutes waiting
time.
The following is a list of recommended maintenance
that will help keep the machine running with a

minimum of problems.
Maintenance and Cleaning should be scheduled at a
minimum of twice per year

WARNING: Before proceeding with any cleaning
and maintenance operation, make sure that

electrical power has been disconnected.
Monthly

The dispense area is made up of the sink, grill and
splash panel. It requires periodic cleaning and
sanitation.

The sink grill may be removed for washing
and sanitising

The sink should be flushed with hot water
and wiped clean with sanitiser

The splash panel requires special attention to
clean it.
 Switch OFF the machine first at main
switch
