5. After you've selected your age the symbol for
fitness level starts to flash (default A 1). To enter
your fitness level (A 1 – A 4) press the button (+)
or (—). After the selection of your fitness level
press the button
After completion of the input the scale automatically powers off after a few seconds.
To enter personal data of further persons please repeat the steps listed below.

6. Body Analysis

An analysis is only possible in bare feet. Your personal data must be entered first
(please see page 4 - 5).
1. Switch on the scale by using the tap-on-function. For this tap with your foot a few
seconds on the centre of the scale. The display pass through from 01 to 12 and
back to 01. Take off your foot from the scale when the display indicates the
selected location for your personal data.
2. At the first time measurement the display indicates the signal „888" and a few
seconds later „0.0" kg. When you once used the scale the display indicates „888"
not anymore but the readings of your last measurement. This function allows you
to follow the changes between your measurements.
3. As soon as "0.0" kg appears on the display the scale is prepared for the
measurement.
4. Carefully step on the scale in bare feet and remain stationary while the
measurement is now taking place.
5. After a short peep tone your weight will be indicated. Shortly after, while the
analysis is taking place, the signal „o" starts to move. After completion of the
measurement the display indicates as follows:
1. Your weight and your body fat % and as a bar graph an evaluation: Slim,
Normal, Over a Little, Over Weight
2. Your ideal weight in kg and your body water %
3. Your bone mass in kg, your muscle mass % and your daily calories
requirement in Kcal.
Your measured values will be shown in changes successively 3 times.
