Assemble the container and push it towards
the back wall, making sure that it fits completely
on the seal and that its lower coupling engages
in the protruding part of the drip tray (see figure
17).

Rinse with clean water to eliminate all
residue of sanitising solution from the bottom of
the tanks. Dry the inside of the containers with a
disposable paper napkin.
7. 4 IN-PLACE SANITIZATION
Sanitising the assembled device, prior to
p u t t i n g i n t o s e r v i c e , s h o u l d o n l y b e
performed, if necessary, as an additional
p r e c a u t i o n t o t h e s a n i t i s a t i o n o f t h e
disassembled devices described previously,
never instead of it.

Prepare a solution of hot water (45-60°C)
and sodium hypochlorite (bleach) at a ratio of
200 ppm per 2 litres of water.

Pour the solution into the containers.

Using a suitable brush, wipe the solution
onto all parts above the level of the solution and
on the underside of the lid.

Install the lid and operate the dispenser in
order to allow the solution to be stirred for about
2 minutes. Drain the sanitising solution from the
containers through the taps and then dispose of
it.

Rinse using running water in order to
eliminate any remaining sanitising solution from
the bottom of the containers. Do not perform
further rinsing.

8 ROUTINE MAINTENANCE

Once a day: inspect the dispenser and
check that the product is not leaking out of the
seals. If there is any leaking, first check that the
dispenser is assembled properly. Check the
seals and lubricate them if necessary, and
replace any that are worn or defective with
