Transport wheel

The transport wheel is designed to count 900,000 coins. After 400.000 coins you will receive the following
message:
The transport wheel must then be switched to the second position in order to compensate for the abrasion
caused by the transport of the coins. To do this, switch off the machine, open the machine cover as described
in the cleaning section. As standard the sorting mechanism is set on position "1" (see position number on the
metal ring). Press the transport brush vertically down, then rotate the transport brush clockwise to the position
"2". Close the cover and switch on the machine. You will receive the above display message again. Please
confirm the above message by pressing the "REP" and "-" keys.
If the display message appears, but you don't want to switch the positions right now, you can press the
"START/STOP" key to exit , but when switching on the next time, you will receive the above message again.
Please notice, that after you get this message you need to switch the positions of the transport brush soon to
ensure a smooth process.

After the machine has been opened, it
has been forgotten to push the safety-lock
slider back into the closed position.
The transport wheel has to be exchanged.
Solution
Clean the corresponding IR sensor.
If the fault should not be remedied,
the corresponding IR emitter must be
replaced by the service.
Place the Safety-Lock slider in the
closed position.
