Operation
Relative measurement
After switching on the instrument, the relative measurement can
be activated by pressing the button "REL/PEAK". The value last
indicated is set as the reference value and now indicates the
differential values to the reference value set. The relative
measurement can be carried out in the automatic and manual
measurement range. This function can be deactivated by press-
ing the button "REL/PEAK" for a longer period.
Peak measurement
After switching on the instrument, the peak measurement can
be activated by pressing the button "REL/PEAK" for a longer
period. This function increases the response time of the sensor,
with which quicker changes in light can be recorded. The peak
measurement can only be carried out in the manual measure-
ment range. This function can be deactivated by pressing the
button "REL/PEAK" for a longer period.
Measurement units
The measurement values can be indicated in Lux, FC (foot
candle) and Candela. To change the unit, press the button
"Lx/Fc/CD". To change to Candela, press the button "Lx/Fc/CD"
for a longer period. The distance setting for the source of light is
possible using the buttons "UP" and "DOWN"
To switch back, also keep the button "Lx/Fc/CD" pressed for a
longer period.
