This software product is designed to enable connection of a wireless display to a Panasonic computer equipped with internal wireless LAN functions.     Usage Precautions Do not maximize the MS-DOS screen. Once maximized, the connection with the wire- less display is interrupted and the screen cannot be returned to its original size. In this case, press Alt + Enter on the computer. If a computer establishes a connection with the wireless display while operating in a display mode other than those shown below, the display mode of the computer will change to 800 x 600 (16-bit).
  • Page 10 First-time Operation <Limitation when using the serial port of the wireless display> When the wireless display is not connected to the computer, the serial port of the wireless display can not be used. There are some serial devices and applications that will not work. This is because the serial port of the wireless display operates through a virtual serial port.

    Uninstalling the Software Close the software keyboard, then remove [Software Keyboard] in [Start] - [Settings] - [Control Panel] - [Add/Remove Programs] by following the on-screen instructions. Whenever [Locked File Detected] is displayed, select [Reboot]. Close MeiWDS, then remove [MeiWDS] in [Control Panel] - [Add/Remove Programs] by following the on-screen instructions.

The computer and the wireless display are disconnected if the power function activates while the wireless display settings are made, and the connection is not reestablished after the wireless display is turned on again.

    Vorsichtsmaßnahmen zum Gebrauch Maximieren Sie den MS-DOS-Bildschirm nicht. Wenn der Bildschirm maximiert wird, wird die Verbindung des drahtlosen Displays unterbrochen und der Bildschirm kann nicht auf seine Ausgangsgröße zurückgestellt werden. Drücken Sie in diesem Fall die Tasten Alt + Eingabe auf dem Computer.
