Problem
The device cannot be
switched on.
No sound.
Network connection
cannot be
established.
Cannot establish
a wireless LAN
connection.
Possible cause and solution approach
Make sure that the power plug is properly
inserted into the power outlet.
The device may malfunction in areas with strong
electromagnetic radiation. As soon as there is no
more electromagnetic radiation, the radio will
function as usual.
Turn up the volume, as the sound may be muted.
Increase the volume.
Check the WLAN function.
Try to set an IP address on the device.
Activate the DHCP function of the router and
reconnect to the unit.
A firewall is active on the network - set it so that
the machine can access the network.
Restart the machine and try again.
Check if the wireless network is available.
Move the device closer to the router.
Make sure the WEP/WPA password is entered
correctly.
