Trim

when several helicopters are in use, affect the other models - risk of crashing for your and also the
other models!
• Check the motor and servo functions.
• The Flybar 190 can be operated in four different skill levels. In Level 1 (default), it is easy to handle and
reacts more slowly to your commands, the ideal mode for beginners or when you only have some expe-
rience with coaxial helicopters. Level 4, however, is only for experienced pilots who already have some
practice with the controls. Here, the helicopter responds directly to the transmitter commands and is
therefore challenging to fly. In between are levels 2 and 3 to adjust the control corresponding to the trai-
ning progress. The skill level is toggled with the right button on the transmitter (CH1 to CH4 in the display).
• If the flight battery runs low, the motor speed is reduced and the helicopter sinks automatically. Find a
suitable place to land safely. Charge the flight battery again.

RC functions

Forward - reverse
Move the throttle lever towards you, the XciteRC Flybar 190 will move forward. Move the throttle stick back
to reverse.
Left - Right
Rotate the steering wheel to the left, the boat turns to the left. Move the steering wheel to the right to turn
to the right.
Trim
If the helicopter moves eg. not in a straight line, although the stee-
ring lever is in neutral position, this is be corrected with the trim
function for each channel. Launch the helicopter.
Yaw: Watch the helicopter at the start. If the nose turns - just befo-
re take-off - to the left or right, this can be corrected with the trim
for yaw (see Fig.) If it turns to the left, press the trim lever to the
right until the nose stops moving. If it turns to the right, press the
trim lever to the left.
Flying:
• Observe the helicopter at the start. If the nose rises or points
down- just before take-off - this can be corrected with the trim
for forward/backward (see Fig.) If the nose rises (i.e. the he-
licopter wants to fly backwards), press the trim lever up until
the nose stays stable. If the nose points down, press trim lever
down.
• Observe the helicopter at the start. If it moves to one side - just
before take-off - this can be corrected with the trim for left /
right (see illustration). If it moves to the left (i.e. the helicopter
wants to fly to the left), press the trim lever to the right until it is
leveled in the air. If it moves to the right, press the trim lever to the left.

Landing:

• Carefully push the left throttle lever rearward. Try to land „smooth" without damaging the helicopter.
NOTE: if the flight battery runs empty, the helicopter does not respond accurately to your com-
mands, the flight is unstable. In this case land immediately.
• Switch of the helicopter and then the transmitter.
WARNING: the motor of the XciteRC FLYBAR 190 may get very hot during operation. Allow to cool
down minimum 20 minutes before the next start to avoid damage. Fire hazard!
