Trouble Shooting/FAQ

WiFi Function Doesn't Work
1. Check the batteries: Cameras stop work when the battery
percentage becomes very low.
2. Make sure that the camera switch is in ON mode, and turn on the
Bluetooth and WiFi on the phone. Then follow the steps to connect
the phone.
3. Enter the camera menu and Reset Settings, then restart the
camera (turn the mode switch to OFF, then to TEST, and finally to
ON). Then follow the steps to connect the phone.
4. When the phone is connected to the camera WiFi, make sure
that the input password is consistent with the WiFi password
in the camera menu (the default password is 12345678). The
camera's WiFi hotspot appears in about 20-40 seconds.
5. If you change the camera WiFi password, you need to choose
to forget the camera hotspot password in the mobile WiFi list, and
then reconnect, the system will ask you to enter the new password.
6. Ensure that the APP obtains the Bluetooth and WiFi permissions
of the phone.
7. Uninstall the app and download it again.
APP Can't Download Photos or Videos
1. Make sure that the camera is connected correctly and the app displays
the homepage of "TF Card/Setting/Information". If not, you need to
reconnect to WiFi, refer to the previous "Wifi Function Doesn't Work".
2. The APP homepage correctly displays the content of "TF card/
settings/information". Exit the APP and close app running in the
background, and re-enter the APP.
3. Make sure that the APP obtains the permission of the phone album.
4. APP compatibility: Requires IOS11.0 or later, Android 8.0 or later.
5. Uninstall the app and download it again. Then follow the steps to
connect the phone.
