Timing and Reviewing Workouts

Use the chronograph to time workouts, to display real-time data about a
workout in progress, and to save workout data for review. Workouts can
also be recorded through the Interval Timer. See "Training with Intervals"
in the full User Guide for more information.

STARTING A WORKOUT

1. Press MENU and open CHRONO.
2. Select YES to connect to all sensors that are indicated – those marked
YES in the SENSORS menu.
3. Press START. The chronograph begins timing.
While a workout is running, press DISPLAY to cycle through three screens
that each display different workout data. To return to the main menu,
press MENU.

TAKING A LAP/SPLIT

Lap time is the length of an individual segment of your workout. Split
time is the time elapsed from the beginning of your workout through the
current segment.
1. When the chronograph is running, press SPLIT to record a lap/split.
2. The time of the lap you just completed and the split time are displayed,
and the watch begins timing a new lap in the background.

PAUSING AND SAVING A WORKOUT

1. Press STOP to pause timing.
2. Press SAVE.
3. Select YES to save the workout, NO to throw out the workout, or
CANCEL to resume the workout.

REVIEWING THE WORKOUT SUMMARY

The workout summary, located in the REVIEW menu, contains data about
the workout as a whole.
1. Press MENU and open REVIEW.
The most recent workout is at the top of the list and the oldest workout is
at the bottom.
2. Open the workout to review.
3. Select
SUMMARY.
4. Press  and  as indicated on the watch display to scroll through
the available data for the workout.
