You can also carry out the installation manually. Care must be taken for the
DC29160.SYS driver to be included in the CONFIG.SYS file before the device driver
for disk drives.
Example: DEVICE=...\DC29160.SYS
Installs SCSI driver for DC-29160 U3W host adapter.
The DC29160.SYS driver is the basis for the installation of additional device
drivers, by supplying simultaneously the ASPI as well as the CAM interfaces. After
DC29160.SYS the DISKDRV.SYS driver for the installation of disk drives must be
included in the CONFIG.SYS file.
Example: DEVICE= ...\DISKDRV.SYS
Installs driver for hard / removable disks.
The DISKDRV.SYS driver should be addressed as early as possible in the
CONFIG.SYS file, at any rate before installing a hard disk cache programme, as
otherwise the cache would possibly remain ineffective for the SCSI disks managed by
DISKDRV. The DISKDRV.SYS driver can be individually configured by indicating
additional parameters.

2.1. Summary of DISKDRV.SYS Command Line Switches

/MF
Driver is exclusively configured for hard disks.
/MR
Driver is exclusively configured for removable disks. The /M parameter
is only necessary when hard and removable disks are operated
simultaneously, otherwise the driver configures itself.
/R=x
Reserves logical drives for every removable disk "x" (without further
specification a drive letter is reserved for removable disks).
/HOST=x
x = CAM host adapter number. Only drives connected to this host
adapter are managed.
/TARGET=y
y= target ID of the SCSI drive. Only drives with this ID are managed.
/INSTALL
enforces driver installation even if the corresponding device is turned
off (only when specifying the "/TARGET" parameter).
If the driver is addressed without a specific parameter, all disk drives of all present
SCSI host adapters are installed by DISKDRV.SYS. This also includes the different
types of removable disk drives, such as magnetic, magneto-optic removable disk
drives (MO drives) or "floptical" drives.
If different types of drives are operated simultaneously, it might make sense, in
order to achieve an increased data throughput, to have a specially configured driver
manage the different drive types. For instance, some versions of the "SMARTDRV"
