• As hairs are removed at the root, it is possible that
ingrown hairs and skin irritation may occur. Regular skin
massage with a massage glove or loofah sponge can help
to reduce the incidence of ingrown hairs.

Hair removal

CAUTION:
❐ Only remove hair on clean, dry skin that has not been
treated with creams or lotions.
❐ There is a risk of the skin becoming infl amed if bacteria
penetrate it. Cleaning the epilator head with rubbing
alcohol before and after each use can minimise the risk of
infection.
❐ In order to avoid accidents, keep the epilator away
from the hair of your head, eyebrows and textiles (e. g.
clothing, curtains) as well as cables or shoelaces etc.
❐ Pull the skin taut when removing hair. Otherwise the skin
could become trapped in the plates which can cause pain
and injury.
 Changes in your hormone levels (taking hormone
medication, recently pregnant) can infl uence the color or
thickness of hair growth. These changes are not caused
by this device but hormonal changes.

Off switch upwards. To switch it off,
push the On/Off switch back to its
starting position.
