Perform a peeling to
remove any dead skin and to improve your
complexion.
facilitate hair removal as this lifts up the hairs.
avoid ingrown hairs under the skin.
Ideally, we recommend performing a peeling especially
in the bikini area and the underarms the day before you
epilate. Avoid performing a peeling directly after hair
removal.
Take a bath or warm shower to open your pores and
facilitate hair removal before dry epilation.
Make sure that your skin is clean and dry and free from
all traces of cosmetics, creams or cosmetic oils. If you
wish to epilate wet, lather the skin softly.
Only use the epilator at a room temperature which you
fi nd comfortable to prevent perspiration from accumulat-
ing on the skin.
It is recommended that you test the device on your arm
or the back of your hand before fi rst use. After a few
applications, the pulling sensation lessens.
When using an epilator for the fi rst time it is advisable to
use it in the evening. This will allow any reddening or skin
irritation to abate overnight.
Clean the tweezer plates with rubbing alcohol before
removing any hair in sensitive areas.
For successful hair removal, be absolutely sure to take
note of the direction of hair growth. It is important to
move the device against the direction of hair growth
when epilating. Otherwise hair won't be cut at the skin
or removal will be poor. This could cause it to become
ingrown.
