Step 4:
1. Place the protective sleeves (51 + 52)
around the joints of the pre-assembled
flywheels and pedal frames.
2. Use 2 screws (42) on each side to attach to
the Frame and use 1 screw (43) to connect
the shell parts.
Step 5:
1. Insert the Handle Bar (39) into the left swing
tube and the Handle Bar (105) into the right
swing tube and screw the components to-
gether with a total of 4 nuts (37), 4 washers
(38) and 4 screws (36).
2. Place the sleeves (32 + 33) around the
pivot axis of the swing bars to cover the
screw connections of the handle bars. Use 2
screws (42) each on the front and back for
mounting on the frame and 2 screws (43)
each on the back to connect the covers.
