sleeve.
Defective paint nee-
dle seal.
Paint needle clogged
or damaged.
Contamination be-
tween paint needle
tip and fluid tip.
Damaged nozzle
set.
Corrective action
Replace nozzle set
(see chapter 10.1).
Clean control piston
seat. Replace seal
retainer if necessary
(see chapter 10.4).
Release control air
pressure.
Replace nozzle
head. Heed cleaning
instructions (see
chapter 10.3).
Replace paint nee-
dle seal retainer
(see chapter 10.3).
Replace seal or
sleeve (see chapter
