9. To maintain the protection rating of the unit after this task you must always replace the cover over the
card reader.
Troubleshooting in the firmware loading process
In the event that the inverter does not recognise the memory card, follow the instructions in the order they appear:
1. If it is possible to cut the direct current using an external isolating switch, do so until the display switches
off. Once the display is switched off, insert the memory card and turn it on again.
2. Change the memory card. The memory card may be deteriorated or the model being used may be
incompatible with the inverter. Use a different card to load the firmware.
3. If the inverter has some kind of communication (USB, RS-485, Ethernet, etc.), connect the unit to the
INGECON SUN Manager software and load the firmware via said software. You can find the instructions to load
the firmware at the INGECON SUN Training website in the courses section (http://www.ingeconsuntraining.
info/?page_id=4127).
4. If the problem persists, contact the Ingeteam Technical Service.
