Safety with children

~
Keep children at a safe distance
when you are using the Hand-held Tur-
bobrush. They could catch hold of the
rotating roller brush and injure themsel-
ves.

Technical safety

~
Do not leave the appliance when
plugged in. Unplug it from the outlet
when not in use and before servicing.
~
Do not let the Hand-held Turbobrush
get wet. Clean with a dry or slightly
damp cloth. If moisture gets into the ap-
pliance there is a risk of electric shock.
Use
~
Never touch the roller brush while it
is rotating. Risk of injury!
~
Keep hair, loose clothing, fingers
and all parts of the body away from any
openings or moving parts.
~
Turn the vacuum cleaner off during
breaks to avoid danger.
~
Do not use the vacuum to pick up
flammable or combustible liquids, such
as gasoline, or use it in areas where fu-
mes may be present.
~
Do not use the vacuum or
Hand-held Turbobrush to pick up li-
quids. This also applies to freshly
shampooed carpets or rugs. Wait until
they are dry before vacuuming.
~
Do not use the Hand-held Turbo-
brush to vacuum anything that may da-
mage the rollers. Nails, safety pins, but-
tons, etc. should not be vacuumed.
~
Do not pick up items that are bur-
ning or smoking, such as cigarettes,
matches, or hot ashes.
