Programming the Keypad

NOTE: The first time it is switched on, the keypad will AUTOMATI-
CALLY enter its address programming, and will remain in that mode
until the address has been programmed (see "Keypad Address").
NOTE: To avoid any accidental or unauthorized programming,
access to the options Keypad Address, Firmware Update and
Refresh Labels is ONLY possible if less than half an hour has
passed from the last BPI reset effected from the control panel.
BPI resetting occurs every time the Keypad is powered up,
and on exiting from the installer menu of the Control Panel.
This paragraph describes the operations that the installer is
permitted to carry out. Please read the User Manuel of the
control panel for information on all the other operations
available on this keypad.
1. Press home for about 3 seconds to access the Advanced Menu.

2. Select the operation you require by pressing the
corresponding key then read the paragraph that is
displayed.
3. Press Exit to Standby to return to the standby screen.
Keypad Address
The address is used by the control panel to identify each
keypad individually.
A different address must be assigned to each keypad on the
system (Touch or LCD).
The address assigned to the keypad must be enrolled on
the control panel to enable it to communicate with the key-
pad.

1. Press Home for about 3 seconds to access the

2. Press Keypad Address.

3. Press the number corresponding to the desired address.
4. Press Accept to confirm the address selected: the keypad
goes back to the Advanced Menu.
Screen Calibration
In order for the touchscreen to function correctly it must be
calibrated following the procedure described below. If not,
the touchscreen will not work correctly.
This operation must be carried out before using the touch-
screen and each time it does not respond to touch properly.
1. Press home for about 3 second to access the Advanced
Menu.
2. Press Screen Calibration.
