SAFETY FUNCTIONS AND
TROUBLESHOOTING CODES

SAFETY MICROSWITCH

It is activated when the seat cover is lifted , and it
stops all functions. (Fig. 22)

MAIN BRUSH SAFETY DEVICE

The operator has to lift the cover to reach the lid
latch of the main broom compartment. When the
cover is lifted the microswitch is activated and the
main broom stop. (Fig. 21)
If the safety functions are activated the
multifunction display on the control panel will
show the corresponding safety codes. (as shown in
the chart below).

Recharge the batteries

- Check the good insertion of the
two relays lodged on the main
electronic board; eventually
replace relays
- Check the operation of the
drive motor and of its carbon
brushes.
Turn-off the key and wait for the
electronic board to cool (at least
20 minutes). Then check that the
rotation of the drive motor and
the broom motor(s) is/are free.
It could be useful to reduce the
pressure of the broom on the
floor.
Check front brake

that the 307 code is still flashing
a check of the two microswitches
dedicated to the forward/reverse
drive control must be done (call
a service personnel).
Make sure that the paddle
returns to the idle position when
