MAINTENANCE
Warning: these operations must be carried out with
the machine stopped, the parking brake set and
with the key switched off. All periodic or
extraordinary maintenance operations must be
performed by skilled personnel, or by an authorized
service center.
CHECK
Battery liquid level and voltage level
Carbon brushes of all electric motors, and
replace them if worn
Belt tension
Brake adjustment
Filter-shaker
Nut and screw tightness
Side and main broom condition
Cleaning Panel filter
Filter gasket and skirts
Drive wheel chain: clean using an
appropriate solvent or diesel fuel
Note: The battery life will depend on the level of periodic maintenance ( checking the electrolyte level and
specific gravity). If the machine is not used for a long time (ex. 4 to 6 weeks) it will be necessary to recharge the
batteries to make sure their voltage does not drop below 20 Volts. Note: unused batteries discharge
themselves.
