Main Telephone Book - Selta SAEfon CL Serie Instructions D'utilisation

The "Delete" option allows to remove the extension selected by the
local telephone book.
The "Program key" option allows to associate a key to an extension
of the local telephone book.
If a key is already associated to the extension which is inserting in
local telephone book, such association is signalled, according to the
system release, with a fast lightening red of the relative led or
displaying the number of the key already associated (the number is
preceded by the K letter if the key belongs to the K Module).
The possible options are:
• confirm key/name association (press ESC)
• delete key/name association (press CANC)
• change key/name association (press CHANGE)
In any case if you proceed with the association, it will be required
to press the key to be assigned (see note), which will be "free" (in
this case one will automatically have the association) or "busy" (in
this case the name of the extension associated to the key will be
highlighted and you will be able to change the association or to
leave it unchanged).
The "Program a dedicated ring" option allows to associate a ring,
between the available ones, to an extension of the local telephone
book.
If the extension is not associated to a ring, or wants to change it, it is
possible to choose one, after a short listening, through navigation
keys, and confirm the choice with "OK" key. If no ring is assigned, the
"general ring" is applied.

Note: in some system release, the number of the associated key is
shown on the display (the number is preceded by the K letter if the
key belongs to the K Module); the choice must be confirmed or
modified.

Main telephone book

This service allows the access to the main telephone book (speed
number). The names in Main telephone book can be searched with
the navigation keys or by inserting, with the alphanumeric keys, a
