This service allows to answer a call directed to another user:
To make a general answer for absent on all telephones belonging
to your group:
- lift the handset
- dial the "generic call pick up" prefix
To make an individual answer for absent:
- lift the handset
- dial the "individual call pick up" prefix
- dial the [extension telephone number] that is ringing.

10.11. Intercom call

To use the loudspeaker of the telephone to make an announcement:
- press the [INTERCOM] key, if customized
- dial the [desired single or group telephone number]: the
called extensions receive a call warning, loudspeakers are
active, the displays are updated with name and number of
the caller
- make the announcement.
You can use this service even during the call by pressing the
[INTERCOM] key.
