Instructions
Use a large glass pyrex bowl with lid. Add
cold water of double quantity. Serve after
5 minutes standing.
When microwave beeps, stir food.
Brush chicken breasts with oil and spices.

sounds, open the door and turn over the
chicken breasts. Press START/+30s to continue.
Let stand for 2-3minutes.
Wash and clean the broccoli. Prepare the
florets and place in a microwave safe bowl.
Add 1-4 tablespoons of water. Cover during
cooking and stir afterwards.
